Italian press reports revealed new moves related to the future of Polish star Robert Lewandowski, the Barcelona striker, in light of increasing speculation about the possibility of his departure during the coming period.
According to what was reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the player’s agent, Pini Zahavi, was recently in Italy, where he held several meetings with clubs from the Italian League, including Juventus, to discuss possible transfer opportunities.
Reports indicated that Lewandowski, who is 37 years old, is approaching the end of his contract with Barcelona, as he will be available on a free transfer by next summer, which enhances the possibilities of his departure from the Catalan club.
On the other hand, the report indicated that the Juventus management currently places at the top of its priorities the renewal of the contract of its striker Dusan Vlahovic, before opening the door to negotiations with other attacking options, including Kolo Mwani, who is expected to return to Paris Saint-Germain after the end of his loan period.
