Real Madrid is planning to hold a collective presentation ceremony for its new signings during the coming period, in an unusual step imposed by the team’s crowded schedule and intense preparations for the new season, after it was not possible to organize separate presentation ceremonies for each player who joined the club’s ranks this summer.
According to what journalist Alberto Pereiro said on “Onda Cero” radio, the Royal Club’s management is seriously considering this option, having completed the contract with five players so far, in addition to being close to finalizing two new deals, namely the Spaniard Rodri. And the Ivorian Yann Diomande, at a time when none of the new arrivals have been officially presented yet.
The report explained that the participation of a large number of players in the 2026 World Cup, in addition to the pressure of the preparation schedule and the club’s continued movements in the transfer market, prevented the allocation of an independent date to present each deal separately.
It added that all possibilities still exist, but the approaching start of the Spanish League competitions, as well as the establishment of the preparatory camp outside the capital, Madrid, makes it necessary to organize individual presentation ceremonies. It is difficult from an organizational standpoint.
Pereiro pointed out that Dutchman Denzel Dumfries is the only player among the new signings who has already joined the team’s training, while successive deals have contributed to the complexity of the idea of holding a private party for each player.
Real Madrid officials believe that organizing a group presentation ceremony will be the most practical solution, as it allows the club to officially announce all of its deals at once, in line with the schedule before the start of the new season.
The report also indicated that the awaited ceremony may also witness the first official appearance. For Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho, who has been leading the team for about a month and supervises the daily work in the city of Valdebebas, although he has not been officially presented to the media and club fans yet.
