The Real Madrid team has concluded its preparations to face its traditional rival, FC Barcelona, in the upcoming El Clásico, which will be held on Sunday evening at the Camp Nou stadium, in the 35th round of the Spanish League Championship.
The last training session witnessed an enthusiastic atmosphere, as the players began training with physical and warm-up exercises in order to raise their readiness, before moving on to rondo and possession exercises, in addition to special exercises for speed of movement and reaction using two goals.
The technical staff also focused during the training on the offensive aspects, by carrying out attack-ending exercises, before the players concluded the session by holding a mini-manoeuvre between the team members.
The training included the participation of French star Kylian Mbappé in only part of the group training, without completing the full session, which opens the door to doubts about the possibility of him joining the upcoming El Clásico match.
On the other hand, the absence of both Dani Carvajal continued. And Ferland Mendy, Éder Militão, Arda Güler, Rodrygo and Federico Valverde, as the players continue their treatment and rehabilitation programs to recover from injuries.
FC Barcelona enters the match with a great advantage, as a win or draw against its traditional rival is enough for it to officially clinch the Spanish League title before the end of the season.
