Girona Stun Barcelona at Montilivi with Late Winner

Girona secured a dramatic 2-1 victory over Barcelona in Matchday 24 of La Liga at Montilivi Stadium.

Pau Cubarsí opened the scoring in the 59th minute, before Thomas Lemar equalized just three minutes later. Fran Beltrán netted the decisive goal in the 87th minute.

Lamine Yamal missed a penalty in first-half stoppage time (45+3), while Joel Roca was sent off in the 90+9 minute.

Girona climb to 29 points (12th), while Barcelona remain second with 58 points.
